Utilizing a robust vehicle chassis, this equipment is designed for unparalleled flexibility, ensuring smooth transitions and rapid responses during operations. Capable of executing tasks reliably and efficiently under any conditions, the LCG312C's three booms can be remotely controlled, while the left and right booms also offer manual control from the hanging basket. This versatility significantly reduces labor costs, mitigates construction risks, enhances efficiency, and promotes the standardization and factory-level quality of tunnel vertical arches.
Equipment Digitization (Optional): This includes advanced features such as cluster management, positioning function, comprehensive video surveillance, intercom functionalities, pre-alarm and alarm systems, extensive data management, tunnel BIM technology integration, digital twin capabilities, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, and remote control functionalities.
High Efficiency: The equipment employs three arms and three grippers, paired with a multi-degree-of-freedom manipulator. Each arm boasts a maximum lifting force of 1.5 tons, perfectly suited for the installation of prefabricated arches, executing various benching method operations, and facilitating precise positioning and adjustment of arches.
