This advanced machine provides four-wheel steering, four-wheel drive, and bidirectional driving capabilities. Its diesel-electric dual power system ensures seamless electric construction and dependable diesel-powered emergency operations. With a three-arm remote control, it excels in prefabricated arch frame installation, various benching methods, and precise positioning adjustments. Additionally, the arch frame facilitates under-excavation and welding during installation, making it highly adaptable within tunnel environments.
Functional integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley masterfully combines multiple processes into one streamlined system. These include measuring and placing points, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, advance support, system anchor construction, optional anchor grouting, and anchor net installation.
Equipment digitization (Optional): The digital capabilities include cluster management, precise positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie communication, pre/alarm functions, comprehensive data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin integration, and construction report management.

High efficiency: Featuring a robust structure with three arms, three grippers, and two baskets, the middle arm can lift up to 2 tons. This enables the entire construction process to be efficiently completed in merely an hour.
Installation of prefabricated arch frames: We employ our proprietary multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation techniques to manufacture the arch frames outside the tunnel.
This significantly minimizes working time on hazardous surfaces, enhances construction safety, and boosts overall efficiency.
Single anchor system: With a maximum drilling depth of 4.5m, the middle arm frames can proficiently handle feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring tasks.
Expandable hanging basket: The equipment includes an expandable hanging basket, providing ample operating space ideal for installing explosives and anchor rods.
Optional grouting function: An optional grouting system is available, enabling swift grouting operations following anchor installation.
Less operating personnel: The entire construction operation can be efficiently executed by just 3-4 individuals, contrasting with the 8 or more required for traditional methods.
