Its dual power system—diesel-electric—ensures continuous operation, supporting both electric construction and diesel-powered emergency scenarios. With a three-arm remote control, it excels in arch frame installation, various benching methods, and precise positioning. It masterfully handles under-excavation and welding during installation, ensuring exceptional flexibility within the tunnel.

Functional integration: This intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley amalgamates numerous processes into a single system, including measuring and placing points, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, anchor net installation, advance support, system anchor construction, anchor grouting (optional), and more.

Installation of prefabricated arch frames: Our patented techniques for multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation allow for arch frame production outside the tunnel. This innovation minimizes work on hazardous surfaces, enhancing safety and significantly boosting overall efficiency.

Dual anchor system: Achieving a maximum drilling depth of 4.5 meters, the left and right arm frames can simultaneously execute feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations.

Rotating deployable hanging basket: Equipped with a rotating hanging basket, the system offers expanded operating space for the installation of explosives and anchor rods.

Optional grouting function: An optional grouting system allows for rapid grouting operations post-anchor installation.
