The LDJ400 Tunnel Boring Machine The LDJ400 series is a cutting-edge, multi-functional tunnel boring machine designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. It primarily utilizes a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to fracture rocks, while bucket teeth or drill rods wedge into the surrounding rock, leveraging gravity to naturally break through the tunnel face. (High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks below 40MPa; breaker hammers excel with harder rocks and less developed formations). Featuring both local control and wireless remote control, this equipment is adaptable for tunnel excavation from 6 to 9.5 meters. Its versatile capabilities include high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal, making it perfect for construction sites where blasting is restricted, such as airports, residential areas, and wildlife reserves. The LDJ400 ensures precise excavation, minimizing over- and under-excavation, and mitigating risks like landslides.

Equipped with a dust removal spray system, it effectively controls dust, ensuring a safe and clean construction environment.
Utilizes a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base paired with a high-frequency breaker hammer for rapid rock breaking and strong impact.All machine operations are controlled remotely, offering ease and flexibility. Operators can adjust positions for optimal convenience.
Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: Its non-explosive excavation method ensures minimal disruption to the surrounding rock.
Accurate Over- and Under-excavation Control: The machine's movements are precisely controlled, maintaining over- and under-excavation of the contour surface within 20 centimeters.
Dual Power System for Efficiency: Supports both diesel-powered emergency operations and electric construction, reducing costs. No exhaust gases pollute the tunnel, and heat accumulation is minimized during construction.
Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models are fitted with slag collecting and discharge devices, handling up to 180m³/h. This meets the rapid slag discharge needs of small-section equipment without site relocation.
