Product Description

The  LDJ400  series  multi-functional  tunnel  boring  machine  is  a  special  equipment  used  for  non-explosive  tunnel excavation. This equipment mainly uses a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to break rocks, bucket teeth or drill rods to wedge the rock in the surrounding rock and use the gravity of the free face under the surrounding rock to automatically break through it. (High-frequency hammers are mainly used for rocks below 40MPa; breaking hammers are used for rocks with higher hardness and poor development) . The equipment features local control + wireless remote control and can be adapted to tunnel excavation of 6 to 9.5 meters. It combines the functions of high-frequency rock breaking, quick excavation of soft soil, contour trimming, spray dust removal and other functions. This makes it suitable for construction in areas where blasting is restricted (such as airports, residential areas and wildlife reserves) . It is very flexible and can meet the construction needs of various types of surrounding rocks, reducing over- and under-excavation, and avoiding landslides and other issues.

Precise over- and under-excavation control: The movement of the entire machine is accurately controlled, with over- and under-excavation of the contour surface controllable to within 20 centimeters;

Remote control: All movements of the entire machine are controlled remotely, making it easy and convenient to operate. The operator can flexibly adjust the   position for more convenient operation;

Diesel-electric dual power system: Diesel-powered emergency and transmission, and electric construction are supported, minimizing construction costs; no exhaust gas pollutes the air in the tunnel and heat accumulation is kept to a minimal level    during construction;

Slag discharge efficient : Some models are equipped with slag collecting and slag    discharging devices, with a slag discharge capacity of 180m³/h, which can meet the    needs of small-section equipment for rapid slag discharging without leaving the site.
