The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a specialized piece of equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. Utilizing a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer, it effectively breaks rocks and wedges them in place using bucket teeth or drill rods. This process leverages the gravity of the free face to naturally break through the surrounding rock. For rocks below 40MPa, high-frequency hammers are used, while breaking hammers tackle harder rocks with poor development. The machine features both local and wireless remote control, adaptable for tunnels ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters in diameter. Its capabilities include high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, precise contour trimming, and efficient spray dust removal, making it ideal for construction in blast-restricted areas like airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. Its flexibility ensures compatibility with various rock types, minimizing over- and under-excavation, and preventing landslides and other excavation-related issues.
Excavation Efficiency: Achieves comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks, reaching up to 50m³/h.
Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: The non-explosive excavation method causes minimal disturbance to the surrounding rock.
Precise Over- and Under-Excavation Control: The machine's movements are precisely controlled, with over- and under-excavation of the contour surface manageable within a 20-centimeter margin.
Spray Dust Removal: Equipped with a dust removal spray system, the machine effectively controls dust, ensuring a safe construction environment.
High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Features a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base combined with a high-frequency breaker hammer, achieving fast rock-breaking speeds and strong impact.
Remote Control: All machine movements are remotely controlled, offering ease and convenience. Operators can adjust positions flexibly for more efficient operation.
Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports diesel-powered emergency and transmission, along with electric construction, reducing costs. Additionally, it prevents exhaust gas pollution in the tunnel and minimizes heat accumulation during construction.
Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models come with slag collecting and discharging devices, boasting a discharge capacity of 180m³/h. This meets the rapid slag discharge needs of small-section equipment without requiring site departure.
