The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a revolutionary piece of equipment designed specifically for non-explosive tunnel excavation. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, it employs a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to efficiently break rocks. The bucket teeth or drill rods wedge into the surrounding rock, leveraging the gravity of the free face to automatically break through. High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks below 40MPa, while breaker hammers tackle harder rocks. This machine features both local and wireless remote control, making it adaptable for tunnel excavation projects ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. It excels in high-frequency rock breaking, rapid excavation of soft soil, precise contour trimming, and effective spray dust removal. Ideal for areas where blasting is restricted, such as airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves, the LDJ400 is highly flexible, minimizing over- and under-excavation and preventing landslides and other construction hazards.
