The LCG312C The LCG312C is an intelligent, integrated vehicle-mounted arch frame trolley designed to revolutionize tunnel construction. This cutting-edge device seamlessly combines steel arch frame installation, welding mesh, connecting ribs, and excavation surface measurement. With a robust vehicle chassis, it ensures smooth and flexible movement, easy transitions, and emergency handling, operating efficiently and reliably under any conditions. Featuring remote operation for all three booms and manual control for the left and right booms via a hanging basket, this equipment not only slashes labor costs and mitigates construction risks but also boosts efficiency, achieving standardization and factory-like precision in tunnel vertical arches.
Equipment Digitization (Optional): Our digitization suite includes advanced features such as cluster management, precise positioning, video surveillance, intercom functionality, pre/alarm systems, comprehensive data management, integration with tunnel BIM technology and digital twin models, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, and remote control capabilities.
High Efficiency: Equipped with three arms and three grippers, along with a multi-degree-of-freedom manipulator, the LCG312C boasts a maximum lifting force of 1.5 tons per arm. This setup meets the demands of prefabricated arch installation, various benching method operations, and precise positioning and adjustment of arches. The entire vertical support construction process is streamlined to approximately one hour.
Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly techniques (Patent No. ZL20222537953.5), the arch frames are produced outside the tunnel, significantly reducing the required working time on hazardous surfaces and enhancing construction safety. This approach drastically improves overall efficiency.
Reduced Operating Personnel: Thanks to our innovative design, the entire construction operation can be efficiently managed by just three people, a significant reduction from the traditional requirement of eight or more personnel.
Additional Options: Depending on specific needs, additional functionalities can be selected, such as electric drive for hydraulic systems, a breaker for under-excavation operations, an electric welding machine, and more.
