The LDJ400 Series Introducing the LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine, a revolutionary non-explosive tunnel excavation solution. This state-of-the-art equipment utilizes either a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to efficiently fracture rocks. The high-frequency hammer excels with rocks below 40MPa, while the breaker hammer tackles tougher terrains. Featuring advanced local control and wireless remote control, it supports tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. This versatile machine combines high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, precise contour trimming, and effective spray dust removal. Ideal for sensitive construction areas like airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves, it significantly reduces over- and under-excavation and mitigates risks such as landslides, making it the epitome of flexibility and reliability.

Impressive Excavation Efficiency: Boasts a comprehensive excavation efficiency of up to 50m³/h for grade IV and V surrounding rocks.

Minimal Disturbance to Surrounding Rock: The non-explosive excavation technique ensures minimal disturbance to the surrounding rock.

Precision in Over- and Under-Excavation Control: The machine's movements are precisely controlled, maintaining over- and under-excavation within 20 centimeters.

Efficient Dust Control: Equipped with an advanced dust removal spray system to ensure a safe and clean construction environment.

High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Utilizes a patented three-toothed or two-toothed base with a high-frequency breaker hammer for rapid rock breaking and powerful impact.

Convenient Remote Control: All machine movements are remotely controlled, allowing flexible and convenient operation adjustments for optimal performance.

Dual Power System: Features a diesel-electric dual power system, supporting diesel-powered emergency and transmission alongside electric construction. This minimizes construction costs and prevents exhaust gas pollution and heat accumulation.

Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models come with slag collecting and discharging devices, capable of handling 180m³/h, ensuring rapid slag discharge for small-section equipment without site departure.
