Built on a robust engineering chassis, it features a dual anchor system, four-wheel steering, four-wheel drive, and bi-directional driving capabilities. The versatile diesel-electric dual power system ensures seamless electric construction and reliable diesel-powered emergency operations. The three-arm remote control system excels in the installation of prefabricated arch frames, various benching methods, and precise positioning adjustments. Additionally, it supports under-excavation and welding during installation, adapting flexibly to the tunnel's needs.

Functional Integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley is an all-in-one solution, encompassing measuring and point placement, under-excavation, arch frame and anchor net installation, advanced support, system anchor construction, optional anchor grouting, and more.

Equipment Digitization (Optional): Optional digital features include cluster management, precise positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie communication, pre/alarm functionality, comprehensive data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin integration, and detailed construction reporting.
Additional features comprise tunnel contour scanning, remote control, and a host of other advanced functionalities.

High Efficiency: Designed with a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, the middle arm boasts a maximum lifting force of 3 tons. The entire construction process is completed within an hour, ensuring rapid project turnaround.

Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame techniques, prefabricated arch frames are produced outside the tunnel. This approach significantly reduces working time on hazardous surfaces, enhances safety, and boosts overall efficiency.

Dual Anchor System: The dual anchor system offers a maximum drilling depth of 4.5m, allowing the left and right arm frames to simultaneously perform foot locking, system anchoring, and advanced anchoring operations.

Rotating Deployable Hanging Basket: Equipped with a rotating hanging basket, the trolley provides ample operating space for the installation of explosives and anchor rods, enhancing operational versatility.

Optional Grouting Function: An optional grouting system enables swift grouting operations post-anchor installation, further optimizing efficiency.

Reduced Manpower Requirements: The entire operation can be managed by just 3-4 personnel, compared to the 8 or more required for traditional methods, significantly reducing labor costs.
