Featuring a diesel-electric dual power system, it ensures seamless electric construction and diesel-powered emergency operations. Its advanced three-arm remote control facilitates prefabricated arch frame installation, versatile benching methods, and precise arch frame positioning. This system adeptly manages under-excavation and welding tasks during installation, offering exceptional flexibility within tunnel environments.

Functional Integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley seamlessly integrates multiple processes: measuring and placing points, under-excavation, arch frame installation, anchor net installation, advance support, system anchor construction, optional anchor grouting, and more, into a singular, highly efficient solution.

High Efficiency: Designed with a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, the equipment's middle arm can lift up to 3 tons. The entire construction process is streamlined, taking approximately one hour to complete.

Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation techniques, prefabricated arch frames are produced outside the tunnel. This innovation reduces on-site working time on hazardous surfaces, minimizes construction safety risks, and significantly enhances overall efficiency.

Dual Anchor System: With a maximum drilling depth of 4.5m, the left and right arm frames execute feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations simultaneously.

Rotating Deployable Hanging Basket: Equipped with a spacious rotating hanging basket, the system provides ample operating space for tasks such as installing explosives and anchor rods.
