The three-arm remote control system enables the installation of prefabricated arch frames, supports various benching methods, and ensures precise positioning adjustments. Moreover, the arch frame facilitates under-excavation and welding operations with remarkable flexibility in tunnel installations.

Unparalleled Functional Integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley masterfully amalgamates numerous processes into a single system. This includes point measurement, under-excavation, arch frame installation, anchor net setup, advance support, system anchor construction, and optional anchor grouting, amongst many other functionalities.

Cutting-Edge Equipment Digitization (Optional): Features include cluster management, precise positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie communication, pre/alarm functions, comprehensive data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin capabilities, and detailed construction report management.

Exceptional Efficiency: Designed with a robust three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, the central arm can lift up to 3 tons. The entire construction process is streamlined to take approximately one hour.

Innovative Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame techniques, arch frames are manufactured outside the tunnel. This significantly reduces time spent on hazardous surfaces, minimizes construction safety risks, and immensely boosts efficiency.

Advanced Dual Anchor System: Achieving a maximum drilling depth of 4.5m, the left and right arm frames can simultaneously perform feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations.

Versatile Rotating Deployable Hanging Basket: Equipped with a rotating hanging basket providing ample operational space, ideal for installing explosives and anchor rods.

Optional Grouting Functionality: Featuring an optional grouting system, the equipment allows for rapid grouting operations post-anchor installation.
