The LG312M The intelligent integrated arch frame trolley LG312M harmoniously integrates multiple advanced processes, including measuring and placing points, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, welding mesh, and connecting ribs. This state-of-the-art machine completes the installation of arch frames during one-time excavation of double-track tunnels without the need to move the equipment. Featuring an engineering chassis, diesel-electric dual power systems, and a two-way driving platform, the LG312M boasts excellent driving performance, navigating various complex tunnel road conditions with ease. The arm frame, operable via wireless remote control and manual control, ensures precise and effortless manipulation of the robotic arm. This makes the LG312M a paradigm of speed, efficiency, energy conservation, and safety.
Equipment Digitization (Optional): The digitized version includes advanced functionalities such as cluster management, positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie, pre/alarm, data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, and remote control.
Expandable Hanging Basket: Equipped with an expandable hanging basket, this model offers a larger operating space ideal for the installation of explosives and anchor rods.
High Efficiency: Featuring a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure, the machine's middle arm can lift up to 3 tons. It accommodates various construction methods, including full-section, two-benching, and three-benching. The entire setup process takes approximately one hour.
Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Our patented techniques for multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and multi-frame prefabricated folding arch frame installation allow for the production of arch frames outside the tunnel. This approach significantly reduces working time on hazardous surfaces, minimizes construction safety risks, and greatly enhances overall efficiency.
Less Operating Personnel: The entire construction operation requires only 3-4 people, compared to the 8 or more needed for traditional methods.
Auxiliary Function Integration: The equipment is equipped with a breaker hammer and welding machine, enabling it to perform under-excavation processing and welding operations during arch installation.
