The LCG312C The intelligent integrated vehicle-mounted arch frame trolley is an advanced device incorporating steel arch frame installation, welding mesh, connecting ribs, and excavation surface measurement. Built on a robust vehicle chassis, it ensures flexible movement, rapid transitions, and emergency adaptations, delivering reliable and efficient performance in any setting. The triple-boom system offers remote operation, with manual control options for the left and right booms from the hanging basket. This reduces labor costs, mitigates construction risks, enhances efficiency, and facilitates the standardization and factory-level precision of tunnel vertical arches.
Equipment digitization (Optional): This includes a suite of functionalities such as cluster management, positioning capability, video surveillance, intercom function, pre-alarm and alarm systems, data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twins, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, and remote control.
High Efficiency: Featuring three arms and three grippers alongside a multi-degree-of-freedom manipulator, each arm boasts a maximum lifting force of 1.5 tons. This configuration supports prefabricated arch installations, various benching operations, and precise arch positioning and adjustments. The entire vertical support construction process is completed within approximately one hour.
Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly techniques (Patent No. ZL20222537953.5) allow for arch frame production outside the tunnel. This significantly reduces time spent on hazardous surfaces, boosts construction safety, and enhances overall efficiency.
Reduced Operating Personnel: The complete construction operation can be managed by just three personnel, compared to the traditional requirement of eight or more, optimizing workforce efficiency.
