It features a diesel-electric dual power system for seamless electric construction and reliable diesel-powered emergency operations. Moreover, the three-arm remote control system ensures precise positioning and installation of arch frames, supporting various benching methods and handling under-excavation and welding tasks with exceptional flexibility.

Functional Integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley seamlessly combines multiple critical processes, such as point measuring and placement, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, anchor net installation, advance support, system anchor construction, and optional anchor grouting, all in one sophisticated unit.

Equipment Digitization (Optional): This feature-rich equipment offers cluster management, precise positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie functionality, pre/alarm notifications, comprehensive data management, tunnel BIM technology with digital twin capabilities, and detailed construction reporting.
Additional functions include tunnel contour scanning, remote control operations, and more.

High Efficiency: Engineered with a three-arm, three-gripper, three-basket design, the equipment delivers powerful performance with a maximum lifting force of 3 tons on the middle arm. The entire construction process is streamlined, taking approximately just one hour.

Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation techniques, the arch frames are pre-assembled outside the tunnel. This innovative approach significantly reduces on-site working time and construction safety risks, enhancing overall efficiency.

Dual Anchor System: The system's maximum drilling depth reaches an impressive 4.5 meters. Both the left and right arm frames can concurrently perform foot locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations, ensuring stability and precision.

Rotating Deployable Hanging Basket: This equipment includes a rotating hanging basket with ample operating space, designed for efficient installation of explosives and anchor rods.

Optional Grouting Function: An optional grouting system is available, enabling rapid grouting operations immediately after anchor installation for quicker project completion.

Reduced Operating Personnel: Remarkably, the entire construction operation can be carried out by just 3-4 personnel, compared to the traditional requirement of 8 or more, thus ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Auxiliary Function Integration: The equipment is also equipped with essential auxiliary tools like a breaker hammer and welding machine, enabling under-excavation processing and welding operations during arch installation.
