Functional integration: This sophisticated trolley combines an array of processes into one seamless operation. Equipment digitization (Optional): Equipped with advanced digital features like cluster management, positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie function, pre/alarm system, data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin, construction reporting,

High efficiency: Designed with a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure. The middle arm has a maximum lifting force of 3 tons. The entire construction process is completed in about an hour.
Installation of prefabricated arch frames: Utilizing patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding techniques, the LGM312N constructs arch frames outside the tunnel. This minimizes time spent on dangerous surfaces, reduces safety risks, and significantly boosts efficiency.
Dual anchor system: With a maximum drilling depth of 4.5 meters, the left and right arm frames can simultaneously perform feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations.

Optional grouting function: The trolley can be equipped with an optional grouting system, enabling swift grouting operations post-anchor installation.
