The LGM312N The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley, LGM312N, is a marvel of modern engineering. It boasts a robust chassis with a dual anchor system, and features such as four-wheel steering and drive, two-way navigation, and a diesel-electric dual power system for versatile operation. The three-arm remote control facilitates the installation of prefabricated arch frames, allows for various benching methods, and ensures precise positioning. It excels in under-excavation and welding operations, offering exceptional flexibility within the tunnel.
Functional integration: This sophisticated trolley combines an array of processes into one seamless operation. It handles measuring and point placement, under-excavation, arch frame installation, anchor net installation, advance support, system anchor construction, optional anchor grouting, and much more.
Equipment digitization (Optional): Equipped with advanced digital features like cluster management, positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie function, pre/alarm system, data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin, construction reporting,
tunnel contour scanning, remote control capabilities, and more.
High efficiency: Designed with a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure. The middle arm has a maximum lifting force of 3 tons. The entire construction process is completed in about an hour.
Installation of prefabricated arch frames: Utilizing patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding techniques, the LGM312N constructs arch frames outside the tunnel. This minimizes time spent on dangerous surfaces, reduces safety risks, and significantly boosts efficiency.
Dual anchor system: With a maximum drilling depth of 4.5 meters, the left and right arm frames can simultaneously perform feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations.
Rotating deployable hanging basket: This innovative feature offers a spacious operating area ideal for the installation of explosives and anchor rods.
Optional grouting function: The trolley can be equipped with an optional grouting system, enabling swift grouting operations post-anchor installation.
Reduced manpower requirement: The entire construction process can be executed by just 3-4 personnel, a stark contrast to the 8 or more typically needed for traditional methods.
Auxiliary function integration: The LGM312N includes a breaker hammer and welding machine, facilitating under-excavation processing and welding during arch installation.
