Functional integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley masterfully combines multiple processes into a single operation. It seamlessly incorporates measuring and placing points, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, anchor net installation, advance support, system anchor construction, and optional anchor grouting, among other functions.

Equipment digitization(Optional): The digitization features include cluster management, positioning functions, video surveillance, walkie-talkie capabilities, pre-alarm functions, comprehensive data management, tunnel BIM technology, and digital twin systems. Installation of prefabricated arch frames: Our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and multi-frame prefabricated folding arch frame installation techniques allow for the external production of arch frames. This significantly reduces the time spent on hazardous surfaces and minimizes construction safety risks, dramatically boosting overall efficiency.

Dual anchor system: With a maximum drilling depth of 4.5 meters, the left and right arm frames enable simultaneous feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations.

Rotating deployable hanging basket: The equipment includes a rotating hanging basket, offering a larger operating space ideal for the installation of explosives and anchor rods.

Optional grouting function: Equipped with an optional grouting system, the device allows for rapid grouting operations immediately following anchor installation.
