The entire vertical support construction process is completed within an hour, demonstrating exceptional efficiency.
Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly techniques (A Multiple Prefabricated Arch Frame - Patent No. ZL20222537953.5), arch frames are produced outside the tunnel. This significantly reduces the time required on hazardous surfaces, enhances construction safety, and greatly boosts overall efficiency.
Reduced Operating Personnel: This cutting-edge construction operation can be efficiently managed by just three operators, in stark contrast to traditional methods that require eight or more personnel.
