The LGM312U The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley boasts a robust engineering chassis and is outfitted with a single anchor system. This advanced machine offers four-wheel steering, four-wheel drive, bidirectional driving capabilities, and numerous other functionalities. Its innovative diesel-electric dual power system ensures seamless electric construction and reliable diesel-powered emergency operations. The three-arm remote control system adeptly manages prefabricated arch frame installation, various benching methods, and precise positioning adjustments. Capable of under-excavation and welding operations during arch frame installation, this trolley provides unparalleled flexibility within tunnel environments.

Functional Integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley consolidates multiple processes into one streamlined operation, including measuring and placing points, under-excavation works, arch frame installation, advance support, system anchor construction, optional anchor grouting, and anchor net installation.

Equipment Digitization (Optional): Comprehensive digital features include cluster management, positioning function, video surveillance, walkie-talkie capability, pre/alarm function, data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, remote control, and more.

High Efficiency: Featuring a three-arm, three-gripper, and two-basket structure, the system possesses a maximum middle arm lifting force of 2 tons. The complete construction process is impressively quick, taking approximately one hour.

Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our company's patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation methods, arch frames are manufactured outside the tunnel. This significantly reduces working time on hazardous surfaces, enhances construction safety, and vastly improves efficiency.

Single Anchor System: The system achieves a maximum drilling depth of 4.5m. The middle arm frames are capable of feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations.

Expandable Hanging Basket: Equipped with an expandable hanging basket, the trolley offers an enlarged operating space ideal for installing explosives and anchor rods.

Optional Grouting Function: The trolley comes with an optional grouting system, enabling swift grouting operations post-anchor installation.

Less Operating Personnel: The entire construction process requires only 3-4 people, a significant reduction compared to the traditional requirement of 8 or more personnel.

Auxiliary Function Integration: The equipment is also outfitted with a breaker hammer and welding machine, facilitating under-excavation processing and welding operations during arch installation.
