The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is a revolutionary piece of equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. It harnesses the power of high-frequency hammers or breaker hammers to efficiently break rock, using bucket teeth or drill rods to wedge the rock and the gravity of the free face to automatically fracture the surrounding rock. High-frequency hammers are ideal for rocks below 40MPa, while breaker hammers cater to harder rocks. Featuring both local control and wireless remote control, this machine is adaptable to tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters. Its multifaceted capabilities include high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal. This versatility makes it perfect for construction sites where blasting is restricted, such as airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves. The machine's flexibility enables it to handle various rock types, minimizing over- and under-excavation and preventing landslides and other complications.
