The LG312M intelligent integrated arch frame trolley integrates multiple processes such as measuring and placing points, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, welding mesh and connecting ribs. The installation of arch frames during one-time excavation of the double-track tunnel can be completed without moving the machine. The entire vehicle adopts an engineering chassis, diesel-electric dual power systems, and a two-way driving platform structure. The machine features favorable driving performance and can adapt to various complex tunnel road conditions. The arm frame utilizes wireless remote control and manual control operation, which is simple to accurately control the movement of the robotic arm and has the characteristics of fast, efficient, energy-saving, and safety.

Expandable hanging basket: The equipment is equipped with a expandable hanging basket, which features a larger operating space that can be used to install explosives and anchor rods.
High efficiency: Featuring a three-arm, three-gripper, and three-basket structure. The maximum lifting force of the middle arm is 3 tons. Various construction methods such as full-section, two-benching, and three-benching can be utilized. The hole equipment can be set up in around an hour.
Installation of prefabricated arch frames: Our company's patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and multi-frame prefabricated folding arch frame installation techniques are used to produce the arch frames outside the unnel. This reduces the required working time on dangerous surfaces and construction safety risks, and greatly improves overall efficiency.
Less operating personnel: The entire construction operation can be completed by only 3-4 people, where traditional operations would require 8 or more.
Auxiliary function integration: The equipment comes with a breaker hammer and welding machine, which can perform under-excavation processing and welding operations when the arch is installed.
