Functional Integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchor trolley masterfully combines an array of processes into a single unit. This includes measuring and point placing, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, anchor net installation, advance support, system anchor construction, and optional anchor grouting. This all-in-one solution streamlines operations and enhances efficiency.

Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Leveraging our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation techniques, the prefabricated arch frames are produced outside the tunnel. This method minimizes on-site working time on hazardous surfaces, enhances construction safety, and substantially increases overall efficiency.
Dual Anchor System: With an impressive maximum drilling depth of 4.5 meters, the LGM312N's left and right arm frames are capable of performing feet locking, system anchoring, and advance anchoring operations simultaneously.
Rotating Deployable Hanging Basket: The LGM312N is also equipped with a rotating hanging basket, providing a larger operating space ideal for the installation of explosives and anchor rods.
