Product Description

The LCG312C intelligent integrated vehicle-mounted arch frame trolley is a device that integrates steel arch frame installation, welding mesh and connecting ribs, and excavation surface measurement. The equipment adopts a vehicle chassis to meet the needs of flexible movement, transition and emergency of the equipment, and can complete the work reliably and efficientlyin any occasion. All three booms can be operated remotely, and the left and right booms can be manually controlled in the hanging basket, which can reduce labor costs, mitigate construction risks, improve efficiency, and achieve standardization and factoryization of tunnel vertical arches.

Equipment digitization(Optional): including cluster management, positioning function, video surveillance, intercom function, pre/alarm function,data management function, tunnel BIM technology and digital twin, construction report  management, tunnel contour scanning, remote control and other functions.

High efficiency: Three arms and three grippers are used, along with a multi-degree-of-freedom manipulator. The maximum lifting force of the single arm is 1.5 tons, which can meet the requirements for prefabricated arch installation,   various benching method operations and precise positioning and adjustment of the arch. All construction procedures for the vertical support take about an hour.

Installation of prefabricated arch frames: Our company's patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly installation techniques(A Multiple Prefabricated Arch Frame - Patent No. ZL20222537953.5)are used to produce the arch frames outside the tunnel. This reduces the required working time on dangerous surfaces and construction safety risks,   and greatly improves overall efficiency.

Less operating personnel: The entire construction operation can be completed by just 3 people, while traditional operations require 8 or more.

Additional options: Some functions can be selected based on actual conditions, including the electric drive for hydraulic systems, breaker for under-excavation operations, electric welding machine, and more.
