Audited Supplier The CYTM-41L mine hydraulic bolting drill rig is designed for use in mining and tunneling under challenging geological conditions including complex surrounding rock structure and severe rock damage. It is a small full hydraulic rock drilling equipment characterized by a compact structure, small size, energy saving, low noise, multiple functions and high efficiency. It utilizes different power sources for mobility and rock drilling, enabling convenient switching and rapid transition. This vehicle is suitable for bolting operation in various underground tunnels and culverts such as metal mines, non-metal mines, hydropower, among others.
The direct control type rock drilling system adopts the hydraulic control system utilizing variable plunger pumps such as the American Sao Danfoss, et al. The plunger pumps such as Danfoss et al. are the optimized pumps for medium and small jumbos, offering a large flow rate, reliable quality, and extended service life.
It is equipped with a full-automatic anti-jamming function, brake fault warning and other protective features.
The rock drilling control adopts electromagnetic pump proportional valve control, which enhances the stability and safety of the rock drilling system.
The hydraulic oil pipe adopts multilayer oil pipes from international or domestic famous brands, while the oil pipe joints are sourced from reputable manufacturers. Additionally, most of the hydraulic pipelines are equipped with safety valves to minimize oil leakage, thereby enhancing the quality of components and the hydraulic system.
It is equipped with various safety alarm systems with high usability and safety. These systems automatically trigger alarms or halt operations if the fuel level drops too low, if the water temperature exceeds safe limits, or if the hydraulic oil temperature rises to a critical level.
